This is a good pre-Philly race. Go out and enjoy it, you may surprise yourself. Marion Jones is speaking at 9:00 a.m., but I am guessing you will be racing at that point. It’s a rolling schedule, which means they will go from 1 event to the next without following a specific timetable.
You can get in another 5k this weekend if you cannot make the track meet. Check the local road races.

Day off if not racing or easy run, no more than 10 miles.
