Lots of news to report from the 4-day meet in Oshkosh, WI…. first, several Austinites really stood out to do us proud.  Just to name a few, Alberto Medina won 2 golds winning the 5000 racewalk (27:13.2) on the track and 10k (55:17.4) road racewalk.  Dan McCormack almost pulled the hat trick, winning 2 golds and a silver, respectively,  in M70 1500 (5:54.3), 800 (2:56.06) and 400(1:11.43).  Carol Finsrud of Lockhart and Waterloo t&f dominated the throws, as she always does, winning all golds in W50 shot (11.78m), hammer throw (44.08m), weight throw (14.82m) and discus (43.68m).  Jeff Brower of Waterloo t&f won a silver in an outstanding 400M hurdle race in 63 seconds.
