Just got Run Faster from the 5K to the Marathon in the mail, more info here. A good read, happy to lend it to anyone who is interested. This whole ‘adaptive running’ concept is pretty interesting. Co-authored by Brad Hudson & Matt Fitzgerald of Marathon Performance – a site worth checking out.
Coach Mac will offer a 1-hour water running class, meeting at 6:30 am on Fridays at St. Davids Rehab Center swimming pool, directions as follows:
If you are headed north on Red River, take a rt on 30th, make your first right and park on the street or make your 2nd right and park on that street. Park in the central garage ($2.00) if you cannot find parking on the street. Everyone who comes needs to get from coach a letter of medical necessity. Mike is willing to act as team doctor for the letters.
1005 E 32nd St
Austin, TX 78705
Telephone: (512) 476-7111
