Meeet at rock at 7:00 a.m. bus up Veterans – Lake Austin Blvd – water stop at Enfield boat dock parking – Scenic – Rockmoor – Stevenson – Scenic – Pecos – 35th – Mt. Bonnell Rd, water stop, stretching and 2x50strides@10k effort at Mayfield Park parking lot; 2-4xmile@10k effort, mile 1 run up Mt Bonnell and take right on Mt Bonnell Dr to Balcones, rest 1-2 minutes, mile 2 run back the same way, repeat for miles 3 and 4 as an option; typically the mile going down is about 1 minute faster than the mile up, but don’t worry about time as the workout is based on 10k effort.  Cooldown back to rock the same way you came out, stopping at Enfield boat docks for water for 10-12 mile total workout.
