Meet @ Austin High track @ 6:15 a.m. or 6:15 p.m. Jog South 1st St. bridge loop counterclockwise if racing track meet tomorrow, or jog to 1 mile marker then run 3 min on/2 min off @ 10k effort/jog for the rest of the loop back to the 2.5 mile marker; stretching and water at the track; everyone run 1 mile of straights and curves @ 5k effort/jog; cooldown 1 mile for 6 mile total workout. Optional 2nd workout of 5-7 miles easy on your own.
