Meet at Austin hi track at 6:15 a.m. or 6:15 pm; 4 mi easy run on trail, counterclockwise on south 1st street bridge loop; stretching and strides w/ Coach Jean-Marie; 1 mile cooldown for 6 miles total.  Optional 2nd workout of 7 miles easy on your own.   Coach Mac in Oshkosh at masters natl track, 5000M.
